@WaveConnects Do you guys plan to ever fix the issues in Echo Lake? we are apparently affected by this too and it’s a regular thing to lose service in this area. It’s been down for 3 hours. Better communication would be nice. Maybe texting customers with outage notices and an eta.

Would be nice if you guys could fix things permanently since it’s the only real high speed option out here

@AlaskaAir so when you guys cancel a flight then botch the rebooking so bad you try to send my 7 year old to a different airport then the rest of his family then by the time it’s all fixed all the flights are full so we miss a full day of vacation costing us 1k I get $35 in miles

@AlaskaAir what’s the real story on flight 16 delayed 5 hours? sitting here with 2 young kids and being told it’s weather when it’s blue skies in MCO! Disappointing way to start our vacation. Here’s hoping you don’t completely ruin our vacation and waste 1k in Disney tickets.
