@SouthernRailUK just boarded delayed 20:00 at Gatwick to Victoria. Over PA staff member advising passengers where to stand to find seats. Helpful. Fine. But then started mocking people who had failed to find a seat after failing to follow advice. Inappropriate. Not fine.
