Hi @Instacart I’m sure you’re overwhelmed and it shows. I’ve scheduled two calls that both Disconnect as soon as I answer. I called with a “less than 1 hour hold” and hung up after two hours. My shopper cancelled yesterday but your app says she’s still shopping. I need your help
