@asaio87 I think if you know how to actually utilize AI, it’s not oversold because it really does work and provides real value. It just takes time, patience, research and effort at its current state.
None of the tools out there now can build something real in just a few prompts though.
@asaio87@thestillpanda I built a fully functional MVP that’s being used in several businesses right now with only AI and no real coding experience. Database integration with mySQL, stripe webhooks, proper hosting, etc.
All with a $20 claude subscription and a little time/effort. Hard to see paying 5k+
@naval I built a fully functional MVP that’s being used in several businesses right now with only AI and no real coding experience. Database integration with mySQL, stripe webhooks, proper hosting, etc.
AI is only getting better and companies are always willing to cut costs.
@PeterSchiff He’s correct. People need to understand the price has nothing to do with whether or not it’s useful. To this day it’s riding on pure speculation. Rarely anyone uses it other than for trading. It’s still failed to be what it was said to be, a day to day currency.
@RichardRatBoy1 Regardless of your party, just use common sense here. How do we know he didn’t park the scooter then walk away to another door or for whatever reason and then come back? To be so certain about something like this just because your party said so is wild. Think for yourselves.
@aribk24 Yes, YOU will be able to build any SaaS tool you want but many business owners won’t have the time or knowledge to manage software in house, regardless of how easy it is with NLP. Software still needs to be managed. The market for 3rd party softwares will remain imo.
@iMaskos@TheMilkBarTV You are correct. Although he comes off narcissistic, it doesn’t mean his business lacked legitimacy. You can argue it’s not morally sound, but it’s legal. And when he says “they can’t run” you have to assume he’s referring to non-compete clauses, not actually holding them hostage
@johnnybangs3@SpinninBackfist@arielhelwani Instilling doubt into fans creates no hype and is obviously detrimental to the PPV. More doubt means less fans willing to travel to the event, less fans buying PPV’s upfront, the list goes on.
@LectronNFT I think these are a little misleading because I don’t think it accounts for the fact that some people were involved in a pre-sale prior to launch. So in this case, this person invested $1,894 but was able to sell off more than that being involved early on. Could be wrong though.
@vladfalin@BrettFromDJ I think all three of those points aren’t accurate. If done correctly, you can stop working within your service business and hire, can scale, and find a way to exit. The exit may not be as high of a multiple but it still can be done. Just my input
