@raqisright It’s normal to fluctuate monthly by a variance of +5-10% of your body weight. Multiple weigh ins every day can be very detrimental to your mental health. Measuring your weight 2 times a week and don’t focus on small variances while enjoying life. You look great, don’t worry :)
