@tedcruz Boy, I miss the days before AI. Now, we're in a stupid AI race war. In the '80s we heard, "We have nukes because our enemies have nukes". Fast forward 40 yrs and the argument hasn't changed just the technology.

For those that are pushing for data centers when is the last time you took a long drive on a dirt road? When is the last time you sat and listened to coyotes yip and howl? When is the last time you watched cows graze, horses run, bunnies dart, skunks, possums or raccoons scurry across the road? Why do you want to give that up? Is your data, your pictures you save, your recipes on pinterest or your friends online more important than leaving green, green? No one wants to live by these. It will decimate real estate. We don't know what longterm side effects this will have on humans? Didn't Covid teach you anything? How many magnets are inside a facility?

Is your bank account more important than having fresh water and ample electricity without the cost sky rocketing? Do you want to build a monstrosity of a building that takes your resources and steals the only home these creatures know so your portfolio grows?

Those that are pushing these facilities how many have/will benefit financially? Have any of you looked into those that are behind the push? How many of the companies that own these centers are American citizens?

You're confusing a modern state with an ancient country. The stone Temple is gone, fulfilled in Christ, not in current near eastern geo-politics.
