@Derrick_NYC Yeah, Derrick, I get the maintenance “window” for crews, but it’s inconvenient for riders. New Yorkers days are stressful enough w/out wondering if they’ve caught the last local train to Queens before the R terms at Qns Plaza This handover process could be done more efficiently.

@kate_p45 It’s not like they ran against each other for the position. Ask an FDNY firefighter or officer, they like her more than they liked the ex-hedge fund guy who was previously commissioner. She served on 9/11. That guy was NEVER in uniformed service in his life. Big difference.
