@Headteacherchat Absolutely not. I’ve never known a teacher ‘enjoy’ an hour long lunch. They use that time to mark work, prepare resources and set up for the afternoon’s teaching. Hopefully they manage to grab 10 minutes to have a bite to eat.

@Headteacherchat There’s nothing wrong with it as a working model. Other than it’s too many hours to be working…but then , that’s teaching. Just because it’s different from the ‘norm’. This person is obviously a morning person and is working these hours because it suits them.
