No wonder @British_Airways report £2.3b profits. Great business model, charge their executive club members for a cabin class don’t let passengers travel in that class then don’t give them full amount of money back. Brilliant!! #customerservice#customercare

@AmazonHelp Yes it shows a tracking number and the @Apple headphones are sold by @amazon the company @JeffBezos controls. Says delayed but having spoken to @AmazonUK no one knows where it is. This is a really shocking service. I pay for Prime and don’t get the service!
