My 85 year old mother called @optimum today to update an outdated credit card they were suddenly billing for her television and wireless. The agent convinced her to switch from @Verizon and she gave up her number. It only works in her condo. A huge mess. Shame on u @OptimumHelp.

Bad experience @united with Economy seat. Reading lights in wrong position due to adding seats with less legroom and no charging after row 21. Phone died and in the dark. Really? #greed #disappointed
