@SWWHelp The unplanned interruption was miles away in higher Crackington. The ref ending 845 is showing as incorrect location on your website. What 3 words location towel.force.cassettes is where the leak is. I really don’t want any further delay/damage due to incorrect location.
@SWWHelp ref: 0014324255. 3 weeks and no update. Water is running along the road in 4 places and pooling against our house wall. Not showing on your website, but ref 000003989845 further up the road is. Why?
@SWWHelp So, is it the same leak? The location shown on your website is completely incorrect and nowhere near where the blue paint was left before it washed away.
@SWWHelp Are the two reference numbers for the same leak? The two locations are different. The location of the water pouring out of the road is not showing on your website.
@SWWHelp reference 0014324255. I reported this leak 2 weeks ago. It is now far worse and water is coming through the tarmac in 3 places and running down the road and puddling against my house wall. The report is not showing on your website. How much longer will it take?
@SWWHelp. Leak reference 0014324255. The water flow has increased and is now coming through the tarmac on both sides of the road. Please see attached video.
@zsllondonzoo I have been trying for days to change a booking for a meet the monkey experience. I have used the contact form, emailed numerous times, spoke with someone yesterday. The event is tomorrow and I still haven’t had a reply. Please advise.
@zsllondonzoo@OfficialZSL Last effort. My son won’t attend meet the monkey experience tomorrow due to emergency surgery. Filled out contact forms, emailed to an address that auto rejects, sent medical report, spoken with Cust Svc. sent private tweet. 5 days, still no answer.
@bbc5live where will the extra revenue be spent? If the aim of the higher tax is to reduce alcohol consumption, surely the additional revenue should be directed towards alcohol abuse support services.
@EE The problem continues. Many properties in Crackington Haven now without services for 18 days. The CEO of Openreach is now involved. Apparently, the fault was identified 16 days ago but was “stuck in the system”. I suggest you contact affected customers and provide an update.
@WeAreOpenreach Maybe your engineers would like to enjoy this view today in Crackington Haven where numerous properties have been without any update on when telephone and broadband services will be restored after 16 days without either. @BBCSpotlight@EE
@WeAreOpenreach It has been escalated, the providers do not have access to timely updates and are equally as frustrated with Openreach as the community. Its ultimately the responsibility of OR to repair the fault which was identified 2 weeks ago. Pls provide an update. @BBCSpotlight
