@pmrivett @HomefuelsDirect She got her delivery. But she won’t ever use them again. She did a couple of things. Wrote an email with wording proposed by Trading Standards. Called the company who were fulfilling the order, not Home Fuels, eventually after a load of excuses, HF called her & she had delivery.
