A3. I think it's important to have open discussions about these barriers with women in the workplace. Sometimes the easiest way to begin to remove barriers is to ask them directly what they feel that they need to improve in their roles! #NextChat

A1. I find that it is difficult for women to be taken seriously in certain positions, especially when they are in positions of power. I have experience with this, coupled with the fact that I am not taken seriously sometimes as a young professional in HR. #NextChat
