Most of those Southampton rioters couldn't give a toss about the death of Henry Nowak. It is just thuggery; wrong-uns looking for a scrap with Police. The worst of Britain.
Tony Khan's silence regarding the Silva exit is intriguing. Perhaps things are actually changing behind the scenes more extensively than just the Head Coach...who knows?! #ffc
@OABeaky@AndyPearson68 Christ...I just googled Alek Yerbury and the first result is a Companies House registration of a company called "White Indigenous Rights Alliance CIC".
If Silva stays, as unlikely as that now seems, it will be pretty hilarious watching all the moaners eat their words when we have another decent run of games.
Honestly, some of you lot are so thin-skinned and deluded about the realities of football.
@MobileJustice I would be happy with Delap. A really good striker who arguably made a mistake joining a big-six club too early. For me, he needs to go to a Fulham/Everton/Palace/Sunderland (among others) before then going to the Champs League territory.
Farage, with a very different accent, explaining how to exploit and profit from the very same system that he claimed to rail against.
Including using oneโs wife to account for financial irregularities.
Well, it apparently works when trying to explain away house purchases, eh?
Presumably there will be some scandal coming out about the Reform candidate for the Makerfield by-election sooner or later.
C'mon tabloids...tick tock tick tock.
How much spying goes on in football? Is Southampton the tip of the iceberg?
They can't be the only ones at it. I wonder if we'll get some tabloid exposes sooner or later. ๐ค
I think the FA have done the right thing. Southampton admitted three instances of spying on opponents. If the FA didn't provide swift and harsh punishment then it would essentially be open season on spying across the game.
@PaulSapsford1 Ah okay, so we should just let him go and start from scratch with someone new?
To me, that sounds like more of a gamble than trying to keep the existing Manager.
I want Silva to stay; the point being if he does stay it will presumably be because he's been given assurances of investment/more control over signings.
He gets those things...& we still have a dire Feb-May next season(?)...then the ongoing situation would need closer scrutiny
I think a lot of Fulham fans under-estimate how much turmoil a new Manager might bring, not least because we need a pretty significant squad overhaul.
I'd trust Silva to do that overhaul over a new Manager/Coaching team.
As it is, I am still very much better the devil you know -especially if he gets the assurances mentioned above and they materialise too. Not least because I am certain he knows the areas we need to improve in far better than anyone externally be it a fan or a new incoming manager
@Shep73David@Chris_BoroUTB No, it is a minority of thick idiots who don't know how to behave after a beer or two that would ruin it for all the rest of us.
Beer in football stands would be horrendous.
