#BlackHistoryMonth Dr. William H. Gray, Jr. (1911-1972) was a civil rights icon, philanthropist, humanitarian and President of @FLMemorialUniv from 1941 to 1944 and President of @FAMU_1887 from 1944 to 1949. He left the latter to assume the pastorate of @BrightHopeBC.
