Continuing our 2023 series of events focusing on William Byrd, we’re inviting you to come and sing with us on Saturday 17th June as we explore the largest vocal works of our spotlight composer in the 400th anniversary year of his death.

We are planning a public performance in summer/early autumn 2021 probably with social distancing for choir and audience.
Programme: the Seven Degrees of Separation repertoire (music by Byrd, Tallis, Clemens non Papa, Josquin, Palestrina, Victoria et al.)

We are looking for enthusiastic new singers in all voice parts. We especially need Altos. We perform mainly Renaissance music with pieces from other musical periods. We rehearse on Wednesday (8-10pm) at St George's Church, Kemptown.
