@CNWLNHS So proud of the work done by Simone, Carol and all the generous contributions from the Artists, not to mention the amazing framing donated by the @cnwlNHSFT charity. It's just so important to have Art, Poetry, Photography and sculptures in our health environments
Huge thanks to all who so generously contributed to the project, it's made such a huge difference to the environment and the wellbeing of all who visit.
It inspires conversations, evokes memories and emotions and makes it a welcoming space!
“We’re leaving the white walls behind.”
Yesterday we opened the new Hathaway House art exhibition, reflecting the community in #Westminster, the nature surrounding the building and personal stories about recovery

Really proud of the work done by the Arts for staff project team bringing service user, staff and community Art to the walls of the new @CNWLNHS building. It was such an honour to meet and celebrate the Artists @CNWLPeople@cnwl_arts https://t.co/XM4pFDNFQV
@hcwomenleaders#Equality and #Equity are often mixed up! Equality means people are given the same opportunities. Equity recognises that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome #MovingBeyondDiversity#IWD
@hcwomenleaders Good clear data that ensures we are taking into account the differences the treatment we offer has on different patients as it's not one size fits all. What difference for example does medication have on women at different times of their cycle...menopause etc.
✨ Happy International Women’s Day ✨
The #IWD theme for 2023 is #EmbraceEquity
As #CAHPO for England I am committed to championing the values of equity, equality, diversity and inclusion within our #AHP workforce
And this is underpinned by our strategy #AHPsDeliver@WeAHPs
It's #IWD2023#EmbraceEquity@CNWLNHS#cnwlwomens . We've shared many of the events going on today including CNWL & Chel/West webinar - Women, Health, Trauma and Abuse. Huge thanks to all those that support the network esp. co-chair @RebeccaTD
Happy #InternationalWomensDay There's much to celebrate ✨ about women's achievements, yet we all know there's more to do. Worldwide🌎 let's #EmbraceEquity & build a better world for women everywhere. Collectively we can all forge positive change #IWD2023👉🏽https://t.co/yvAXmQnnxd
Gains are made for #women worldwide, but there's more to do. Collectively, we can all challenge #genderstereotypes, call out #discrimination & draw attention to #bias. Let's #EmbraceEquity to create places & spaces where women thrive 👉🏽 https://t.co/yvAXmQnnxd #IWD2023
This #InternationalWomensDay, our research shows that on average, women today retire with £123k less than men. The gap has widened with persistent imbalances in pay, caring responsibilities and part-time work impacting women’s retirement savings.

I support workers going on strike. They are not alone in this struggle, and I stand with them in their efforts to improve workplaces. https://t.co/Xf7dmMrglp #TogetherWeRise via @unisontheunion
