Sehen Sie es mir nach, dass an dieser Stelle kein erbaulicher Text folgt, sondern ein Rant, wie man neudeutsch sagt. Aber ich war heute, am Samstag, wirklich, wirklich wütend.

Da marschieren ein paar Dutzend Typen durch die Wiener Innenstadt, über die Mariahilfer Straße, die große Einkaufsstraße, und protestieren gegen Israels Vorgehen in Gaza. Tamam. Dagegen kann und darf man protestieren. Dass da eine Frauenstimme über Lautsprecher von einem „Terrorstaat“ und von „Genozid“ spricht, teile ich nicht und kritisiere das.

Aber dann: Mehrere Typen, die die Flagge der Islamischen Republik Iran mit sich tragen, das Symbol des Mullah-Regimes. Und dahinter: österreichische „Student*innen“ und LGBTQ+-„Vertreter*innen“ mit der Progress-Pride-Flagge, direkt vor und hinter den Mullah-Fuzzis.

Entschuldigen Sie meine Direktheit, aber: Wie blöd kann man sein? Wie ahnungslos kann man durch die Welt gehen? Wie wenig kann man begreifen, dass das Mullah-Regime den „Pride“-Leuten nicht etwa sagt: „Och nö, wir mögen Schwule, Lesben und Transmenschen nicht“, was schlimm genug wäre, nein, dieses Regime sagt diesen Menschen: „Ihr verstoßt gegen Allahs Regeln, ihr verdient es, getötet zu werden, ihr werdet hingerichtet!“ Und dann werden solche Menschen von Hochhäusern gestoßen oder öffentlich an Baukränen aufgehängt.

Ich kenne homosexuelle Iranerinnen und Iraner, die um ihr Leben fürchten mussten. Unter größten Gefahren sind sie geflüchtet, um ihr Leben zu retten – nur um hier, in Wien (und leider auch in Berlin und anderswo, in Berlin besonders), auf Idioten zu stoßen, die mit Pride- und Mullah-Flaggen ihre Dummheit stolz zur Schau tragen. Bitter. Aber man ist ja ach so progressiv, ach so auf der richtigen Seite der Geschichte, scheiß auf diejenigen, die vom Mullah-Regime umgebracht werden.

Es gibt genügend Orte in Europa (Hallo Berlin!), wo dieser Wahnsinn normal geworden ist. Wo kaum jemand widerspricht. Natürlich dürfen diese Leute ihre Meinung äußern, natürlich haben sie das Recht zu demonstrieren. Aber dann müssen sie eben auch Kritik aushalten. Die kommt inzwischen nur noch selten oder nur noch leise. Man muss diesen Leuten viel deutlicher sagen, wie falsch das ist, was sie da zur eigenen Selbstvergewisserung – und nur dazu dient das, zu nichts anderem – veranstalten. Und zwar in Zeiten, in denen israelische Restaurants schließen, israelische Künstler nicht mehr auftreten können, aus Angst vor Gewalt, die offen und stolz angedroht wird, und Juden längst nicht mehr mit Kippa in die Öffentlichkeit gehen können.

Aber Hauptsache, man rennt mit einer bunten Flagge durch die Innenstadt!
