המאבק של טל ינון דרדיק כנגד הצו המנהלי נמשך - בימ"ש קיים דיון בעניינו

בימ"ש השלום בירושלים קיים היום (ב') דיון בעניינו של טל ינון דרדיק אשר נעצר שוב בעקבות הצו המנהלי אותו הוציא כנגדו אלוף פיקוד מרכז אבי בלוט. באופן חריג בתוך שעות ממעצרו, הגישו תביעות משטרת מחוז ש"י כתב אישום כנגד דרדיק, על הפרת צו האלוף. בכתב האישום נטען כי דרדיק לא חתם פעמיים ביום בתחנת המשטרה במודיעין עלית, ובכך הפר את צו האלוף. תביעות מחוז ש"י דורשים להשאיר את דרדיק במעצר עד תום ההליכים.

בדיון תקף עו"ד נתי רום אשר מייצג את דרדיק מטעם ארגון חוננו, את בקשת התביעות למעצר עד תום ההליכים "ממתי מי שלא חותם בתחנת משטרה נעצר עד תום ההליכים??" הטיח עו"ד רום בתביעות. בסיום הדיון דרדיק ביקש לחבק את ילדיו - אך בימ"ש סרב לאפשר לו. החלטה בעניינו צפוייה להינתן בהמשך. דרדיק אמר בדיון כי ימשיך את מאבקו כנגד הצווים מנהליים.

עו"ד נתי רום מסר "לצערנו, שוב הפרקליטות מבקשת לעצור עד תום ההליכים את טל ינון דרדיק בחשד להפרת הצו הדרקוני שהטיל עליו אלוף הפיקוד. אב לארבעה, ללא עבר פלילי, עשוי למצוא את עצמו בימים הקרובים ובחגים מאחורי סורג ובריח. אני מקווה שיימצא מי שישים לדבר הזה סוף וישחרר אותו לאלתר."
