Visited HDFC bank at Hiranandani Estate to get NOC for a loan doc. Was informed that their systems are not connected and I need to visit a specific branch. I just hope that the largest private sector bank makes CX better and gives anytime anywhere access @HDFC_Bank

@HDFCBank_Cares My problem is not resolved. In age of digital service and video kyc , HDFC bank expects customers to visit their branch and in such times of COVID.
