[1/2] We're delighted to host the first in-person #GREATBritishEducationWeek in🇰🇭 from 10-14 Oct. The week will feature the best of British & Cambodian partnerships bringing together global experts to discuss key opportunities and challenges in adapting education for the future.
Those of us Brits overseas perhaps feel further away from home than usual, as we’ve seen pur friends and family come together with the whole United Kingdom to mourn the passing of The Queen. So it felt important today to share a moment as the British community in Phnom Penh.
[2/2] The service was held to bring the British community in Phnom Penh together to pay respect and reflect on Her Majesty’s dedication and sacrifices during her time as our Head of State.
[1/2] This morning Ambassador-Designate @DomWUK welcomed British nationals to a memorial service to mark the passing of Her Late Majesty The Queen at the Residence.
[2/3] We are deeply moved by all kind messages and affection shown for the Queen from businesses, organisations, our friends from other diplomatic missions and individuals.
[1/3] Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Cambodian and British people for all the flowers and messages of condolences for Her Late Majesty The Queen.
