@Kenziebethboil5 Kenzie, it shouldn't matter one's sexual orientation or identity. This policy is needed and it is sad that it had to be constructed for that to be recognized!

@TerryStasuik Terry, it is wild that we are in 2023 and this is still the type of Bill that are being proposed. How sad is it that it has taken this long to recognize the racial injustice that women of color have been receiving? This Bill is long-overdue and MUST be passed!

@lauren_ej7 Lauren, this is scary that this Bill is even being proposed. 70 years old is not a retirement age! As you said, it is sad that many Americans would never even see that age to receive the benefits.
@BloodyRed7 Alison, I think this Bill is significantly important to assist in raising awareness of Alzheimer's disease. By raising awareness, prevention methods can also be learned!

@HalieHemmerle Halie, I think your discussion involving how health care also needs to provide coverage for mental health and substance misuse services is great and needs to be addressed! Mental health can impact society on various levels!
@kellytapp9 Kell, I like how you mentioned that mental health is equally as important as physical health. This is especially true since we know that our mental health can negatively impact our physical health. I like the infographic you included as well!
Mental Health does not discriminate. The NASW values the Importance of Human Relationships to aid in the support of the Mental Health of all individuals. Help end the stigma that is associated with Mental Health🧠 #WKUsocialworkpolicy
@HalieHemmerle Halie, YES, not only are Americans emptying their savings to pay medical bills but they are also being sent to collections when they don't- which then in turn negatively impacts their credit score!
