The Moses in Luke 9's Transfiguration is the same Moses from Deuteronomy—the Lawgiver. Scripture shows him and Elijah appearing in glory to speak with Jesus about His coming death. No "different Moses" is indicated.

Jesus did not teach that everyone is automatically God's child. John 1:12 states only those who receive Him and believe in His name are given the right to become children of God. John 8:44 shows Him telling unbelievers their father is the devil, distinguishing physical descent from spiritual adoption through faith.
