The Congress must allow the 14th Amendment, Sec. 3 to self-execute and render Trump as disqualified to hold the office of the presidency. He does not have to be held guilty in a court of law because it has already been determined, in court cases, that he is an insurrectionist and by virtue of the 14AS3 that is all that is required an order to disqualify anyone from holding the office of the presidency or any public office for that matter. These are the facts and they are undisputed. Any other interpretation is misinformation or disinformation.
