I was dead sure the drop in revenue was going to make itself felt, but I wasn't expecting it to be like this.

In a normal business setting, a spicy multi banner would have easily scored them $4M (often more) on its first day of sales.

They couldn’t even reach $2M with ANTNE and all the extra paywalled outfits/cosmetics.

If you think that it looks bad compared to LL, think of what was going on around the same time last year: Veiled Whispers rerun.

This rerun was squeezed between important banners as "a breather", something people could skip, and it still brought in roughly the same day one earnings that the current multi banner did.

"Oh, but it was a highly anticipated OG3 rerun..."

Yeah, but a rerun nonetheless. With only three cards that required significantly less investment to make than a new, shiny 5 man banner with longer, better animated cards.

They are bleeding revenue. Period.

This is not organic month to month decline, this is not year to year macro fatigue (although this definitely plays a role)—it's a systemic structural shock.

However, it doesn’t equal to winning the war campaign—It's just means we are surviving one battle of many yet to come.

just my personal thought process but guys, if the assumption (keyword: ASSUMPTION; not proven nor factual) is true that this is infold's last ditch act to see how the game performs without valko to validify their decision to have cancelled him in the first place, and for the sake of showcasing this data to their partners, investors, etc., then we most likely won't get word of valko until the banner is done, or end of month when revenue is ironed out.
