The biggest scam in the airline industry. They charge you a premium to book an earlier, desirable flight time. You book that flight. It was $200 more than the later flight. Then you get delayed. Your flight takes off later than the late flight. No discount. No refund. Scam.

@AmericanAir I took a week off from traveling and I’m back today baby! And you can bet your sweet ass that I’m already delayed. Two hours. My flight is an hour long. It’s 11 o’clock now. I bet my paycheck that I will not make my 7 pm dinner. Fuck you AA.

Today is my flight home. It’s always an adventure to figure out how long I’m gonna be delayed and if the flight’s going to actually takeoff. One thing is almost definite, my flight is going to be delayed 🤣

@AmericanAir I started off Monday morning with a cancelled flight. You guys rebooked me for the next day. Thankfully, Southwest had multiple flights still going from Dallas to Austin and I was able to get on an 11 AM flight out of Love Field.

@AmericanAir I was just talking to an associate of mine. He has had a mechanical issue on every flight he’s taken this year. My flight last week was delayed for mechanical issues. Are you guys trying to take Frontier’s spot as the least reliable airline? If so, you’re nailing it.

@AmericanAir two flights this week. Both delayed, for hours. Now we have to gate check EVERY roll board bag. Every bag? Flying with AA is never easy. Literally, never.

@AmericanAir Is it normal to spend an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with a representative to book flights for my family using flight credits and points. Do you consider it reasonable that booking flights using anything but a credit card or points is so difficult?

Man, as bad as @AmericanAir is, at least it isn’t @FlyFrontier. That’s 100% public transit in the sky. I’d rather drive. First airline to ditch the Greyhound bus vibe, wins. It certainly won’t be @SouthwestAir 🤣

Not only does @AmericanAir make my life significantly harder on a weekly basis by ALWAYS being late, now I missed my rent car window and they’re out of cars. I hate your company more every single day.

@AmericanAir I wasn’t delayed today. Instead, my flight was cancelled. Solid. Consistent. Awful. I haven’t had a single round trip this year where at least one leg was delayed or cancelled. Not a single one.
