It’s about time the firm hand of the law took a stand towards the normalized exploitation of gamers under the excuse of “the company has the right to revoke access at any time for any reason without compensation” and actually preserved players’ rights to own the games they buy, and to be compensated in case said game was removed or account was disabled.

There can never be full trust in digital games when you aren’t even able to own what you’re buying.

In any case, physical media must be preserved, because it will always be the only and most reliable way to play games and have agency over their usage, and they must contain the ENTIRE game, whether on one disc and four even.

- Tons of badass action scenes
- Banger soundtrack
- Lot of aura farming
- Ultra chud-coded
- Several hot chicks (most get sexualized, probably why critics cooked it)
- Anime sequences were 🔥🔥🔥
- Bison is a standout imo and he references Raul Julia
- Ryu was perfect casting
- References the source material a lot, so tourists get filtered

Cons
- Ending sets up a sequel so it was anticlimactic
- Guile got done a bit dirty

So uhm… I had low expectations because video game adaptations have been let downs but STREET FIGHTER WENT TF OFF 🤯 I haven’t had THAT much fun in a movie in years! Every actor pulled their weight & properlt utilozed their screen time. Andrew Koji is PERFECTLY cast & Noah Centineo is unlike we’ve ever seen him before. Tons of hilarious laugh out loud moments.
