@IKEAUK there is a special price on an outdoor corner sofa that ends tomorrow but I can’t order it as it’s not available for delivery. Does that mean it’s out of stock or you won’t deliver it? If the latter, how can I get the special price? Thanks

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I’ve read the DM but it just says you are looking into it. You have been looking into it for over 2 weeks now and you still have my money. DPD say they never received the parcel from ASOS, therefore neither did I! I don’t see what there is to look into. Please refund my money.
@ASOS_HeretoHelp my order was due to arrived on 25th Aug. It’s now 9th Sept! I’ve chased everyday since then and get the same response “we’re looking into it”. Please just refund me my money as I don’t want the order now
@NETAPORTER I sent the DM over an hour ago and have had no response. I have tried calling again only to get cut off after been on hold. This is getting extremely frustrating now as I always thought net-a-porter had great customer service. I’m so disappointed.
@NETAPORTER what has happened to my delivery? It was supposed to arrive yesterday. I’ve had no contact from you and have been repeatedly on hold. The last time up to 25 mins then someone rudely put the phone down on me! Please help
