@LucyMcGinnis I've liked most of the things on Jason Lewis's "Mind Amend" YouTube channel for this purpose. They're mostly upbeat hip-hop with some new-age "energizing brain waves" sort of thing. Idk if there's any research to back that part, but they don't put me to sleep.

Someone thanked me today for spending time going over data questions. I told them that I'm really trying to "be the kind of collaborator that I want to work with," and it dawned on me that this is the academic equivalent of the Golden Rule.
