I reported that following a federal complaint, @SmithfieldFoods @SmithfieldBrand lobbyist Greenberg Traurig @GT_Law violated federal lobbying rules and has been forced to disclose that its lobbying of Congress and the Treasury on the Farm Bill and foreign ownership of US land benefits the Chinese owner of Smithfield, the WH Group.

Smithfield is controlled by Chinese ownership and is closely tied to the CCP.

Every lobbyist has to file these forms and say who they represent, what they are lobbying for, and whether a foreign entity has any interest in their work.

At the bottom of the form there is a box labeled “interest of each foreign entity” with a line that says “check if none”. Greenberg Traurig lobbyist Christopher DeLacy clicked “none”, all while knowing Smithfield is Chinese owned.

Right. I’m going to be honest here.
This has hit a fucking nerve.

I grew up 12 minutes from Cardiff Castle, walked to and from there with my friends as we sang along to Paramore and gossiped about silly teenage things.
Come rain or shine, my friends would meet up at that historic site and we would plan our escapades.

When I was even younger, the weekends were when my grandmother took me shopping across the road and we had tea & sandwiches, looking at the castle.
She raised me, I know how distraught she would be seeing this.
My entire family would be as they served Great Britain during WW2.

This castle means something to Welsh people. To me.
The only flags that should be flying there has an incredible red dragon on it.

Not a flag that symbolizes underage marriage, oppression of women and the religion of jihadi terrorists.

This is not Islamophobia. This is not racism.
