@Colleen7227@Bederowlaw This is an incredibly childish response, typical of someone who has nothing of substance to add and is just here to troll, as Mr. Bederow respectfully pointed out. When you comment on someone’s post and they reply to you, that’s not a “trigger” it is quite simply, a reply.
💥Michael Proctor charged Karen Read with operating under the influence of alcohol , with less evidence than his own OUI incident in his official state police vehicle, with Kevin Albert.
💥MSP & the media are acting as though that’s unimportant, because LT Dwyer ESTIMATED how much Proctor drank, without showing any receipts.
💥Kevin Albert was so drunk while hanging with Proctor that he misplaced his gun and badge. But TRUST US BRO, Proctor was driving his state police cruiser BASICALLY sober.
💥Everyone should be outraged! Karen Read was handed a conviction for less. Not a damn thing has changed. The CIRCUS continues!
@JMPAC2490 No bigger 🐈 than one that can’t handle the truth. So they run their mouth and then immediately block you so you can’t reply. Fucking coward 😹 I watched BOTH trials and I know the truth. And guess what? So did the jury.
#karenread#karenfreed#trooperproctor
@TheWiseCrow1@CrowsRoots@JMPAC2490 Actually, it does. The legal principle of "innocent until proven guilty" means that a person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until their guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. She was not found guilty and therefore, she is innocent.
@JMPAC2490 @aussiegirlperf No wrong doing by law enforcement?? Be so fucking for real 🙄 Trooper Proctor was literally shit canned for wrong doing. And guess what? Karen is FREE because she was found not to have committed this crime by a jury of her peers. You might not like it, but it’s the truth!
@JMPAC2490 Hey AFKR, the trial is over. We won! I see you are still here, still obsessing, harassing and threatening jurors because you don’t like the verdict. No matter what you believe, there is no excuse. It’s cruel and demented to harass people who fulfilled their civic duty! Cut it out
Over and over again during the Read trial I posted on X my view that the judge frequently violated the 6th amendment rights of Karen Read on certain rulings. In those posts I wrote, "The 6th amendment is on life support in that courtroom."
The fact that the defense team with @BostonDefender was able to overcome the odds often stacked against them by those rulings is nothing short of amazing. I wrote last week that Jackson's closing was brilliant and it would be a delusion to think otherwise. On Boston25 I spoke about this after the verdict came down. After 20 years on the bench and now teaching Constitutional Law, I stand by every one of those statements I made.
I promised followers on X that I would speak out about the specifics of why I viewed there to be a lack of impartiality at times during the trial soon. I will keep that promise when I find the right forum.
@meredithoneil Just another thing to add to the list of things Bev and Norfolk DA’s get away with. The power of suggestion that FKR or TB or anyone other than AKR is doing anything to the jurors, should be fought against in court. The constant public dishonesty should be legally addressed
@meredithoneil When in reality, the harassment of these jurors are from the AFKR side, and she knows it!! Fucking tool!! 🙄 Bitchy Biased Bev is back from NOLA to continue her rampage of lies, deceit, and injustice!!
@meredithoneil What does “harassment of trial witnesses” have to do with the jurors anyway? She’s implying that the jurors are at risk of harassment by TB when one of them even went on his broadcast for an interview in which they were very agreeable! She’s just trying to make FKR the bad guys🙄
@DCA689@meredithoneil And let’s be so for real right now. People are just “asking questions” they are dehumanizing them, making racist comments, veiled threats, and baseless accusations; all because they don’t agree with the verdict. This is so much more than just “asking questions”.
@DCA689@meredithoneil She did say the order does not preclude those that have come forward on their own. But there are 8 other jurors who have not spoken out, and likely won’t, and do have the right to remain anonymous given the backlash on those that have spoken out.
@AbleVole Actually she is innocent.
You ever hear that statement “innocent UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”
Well… she wasn’t found guilty. So she’s quite literally innocent.
The law is not “innocent until proven guilty or not guilty”
@AbleVole under the constitution, all defendants are INNOCENT until proven guilty by a jury of their peers. Since that never happened then the logical conclusion as she is to be considered INNOCENT. Unless of course you don't give a darn about the constitution.
