@TUIUK online check in down for last 5 days, can’t get through on phone & shops say they can’t do anything. Got 6.50am flight from Manc 2mo, worried now as 2 young children. Will check in be properly staffed??
@bluechiphols u cancelled our holiday 48 hrs before we set off to Cornwall, just seen other holiday makers in the apartment. Disgraceful how u treat people!!!! Unbelievable greed.
@bluechiphols Beverly in complaints finally sorted us a refund & compensation (was brilliant) but the rest of the staff were appalling & its disgraceful you let families down so badly causing so much upset & stress. Will never use BlueChip holidays again.

We are still waiting for a @WendyWilliams apology to the cleft community.
Outside of that, seeing everyone come together on social media to rally around her comments and actions has been truly amazing.
