@KiaUK 2/2 been told we are liable if we do drive it to the garage. So without car, can't drive it to garage to get fixed and you cannot provide courtesy car. What is your solution? @ArnoldClark

@ArgosHelpers just to say thank you for the excellent customer service I received after a faulty item was delivered. Called up, had a replacement ordered and pick up arranged for faulty item within 15 minutes. Replacement delivered and faulty item collected 6 days later.
