I mourn for Charlie Kirk’s family, his colleagues, the countless young people he poured into, and for our nation. He never saw those who disagreed with him as enemies, but as people made in God’s image, to be reached with truth and compassion.
I rejoice knowing he is with Jesus.
At a time of a horrific incident like this, we must all remember that all men and women are made in the image of God. Remembering that allows us to heal our differences. When we choose to ignore that, tragedy can occur.
Sitting on the side of the highway worshipping while waiting for the tow truck. My transmission went out on the drive home...ordinarily I’d be overthinking it. But on this random Thursday night a friend invited me to a worship night and I know God will provide as only He can.
What a privilege to watch, I don’t have to agree with every policy to be in awe of someone who stands up for what they believe in and for civility and decency in American life. Thank you @SenBooker
At last the three companions turned away, and never again looking back they rode slowly homewards; and they spoke no word to one another until they came back to the Shire, but each had great comfort in his friends on the long grey road. -Tolkien
Being present matters.
Before Mahomes arrived, KC had never hosted an AFCCG & hadn’t played in a SB in 50 years.
In the 25 years before he took over, had won ONE playoff game and THREE TIMES were the 1 seed & lost their 1st playoff game.
Win today, and it’s the best 5 year stretch in NFL history.
Michael is deployed serving our country, something you know nothing about. Someone who continually disrespects the sacrifices of military families has no business being commander in chief.
