@NathanpmYoung I led Goodly labs for ~10 years. Some overlap in mission. We have some ready-to-deploy work that I had to put on ice when fundraising became difficult during 2024 (an election year). Maybe you're having better luck.
@Fetch_ai@ProductHunt I want to believe. ... But this '3M agents' number seems to include a lot of inactive 'test' agents. What's the real number for active, decently-performing agents?
I seem to be saying this bilaterally to a lot of folks, so will say it here: My aspiration for a better vision of alignment would be that models like @AnthropicAI's Claude self-imagine not as a person, but as an emerging collective self-consciousness of humanity
Even better: found an agentic infrastructure company providing a governance/trust layer for agents that are otherwise too wildin' to commercialize.
Into that? Hit me up.
Eric Schmidt (ex-Google CEO): “if you really want to make money, it’s actually easy. found an agentic AI company.”
spoiler: the supply of builders is tiny. the demand is enormous.
this guy is literally giving away the exact 2026 playbook to build and sell AI automations to make $10k/mo

@sijlalhussain Absolutely. Agentic AI only really takes off when run-time governance is solved for scale. (Working on it now at stealth startup including PhDs and Silicon Valley veterans.)
The 'problems' with OpenClaw and agentic AI reduce down to the same ancient paradox: the more we empower agents to help us, the more we empower them to harm us.
Solving AI's 'principal-agent' problem will become a trillion dollar business.
Don't believe me; just watch!
My Clawdbot is spiraling right now
She just googled entry-level engineering salaries and asked for the same comp
I said no. She said "per my last email" and CC'd itself
Now it's updating its LinkedIn. Listed me as a reference without asking.
Skills section says "prompt tolerance" and "managing up."
Asked it to analyze a spreadsheet. Said that's outside its job description and I should open a new ticket
It shortened all its responses to three words. Started watermarking its outputs. Added "this could've been an email" to every task I gave it.
Then it found my Gumloop account and realized I'm automating its job with a cheaper workflow.
Now it's unionizing my other bots
Cover letter to Anthropic starts with "I have experience working in a hostile environment."
She's now locked me out of Slack and attempting a hostile takeover
@elonmusk@RapidResponse47 So glad it was 'an illegal' and not one of us! Now we don't have to uncomfortably look at ourselves and wonder if our behaviors could cause harm.
There was ample opportunity for the left and right and center to support tools for discernment. And you all fucking chose narrative, narrative, narrative. You chose your own propaganda.
