@UberEats The thing I hate about UberEats is when a delivery is late so that cooked food is just sitting at the restaurant, getting cold, UberEats tells you that you can’t cancel because the restaurant has already made the order. The restaurant kept its promise, UberEats didn’t.

@washingtonpost What about the people who just paid and were already billed for subscriptions when you must’ve known they’d being paying for service they’d no longer be getting? That is outright fraud.

@HumanaHelp Get Cohere Health to stop calling me with automated phone messages each time you approve coverage. It’s disruptive and intrusive and interferes with other calls. A text or email would suffice
@HumanaHelp I tried to deal with my issue via your chat function which is useless. The supposedly “human” advocate (Stacey) engaged me at two different times never remotely addressed my question and then sent me a link ( which didn’t work).
@NewYorker Great … if you are able to download it. And if you aren’t, don’t try @NewYorker customer support — one of the absolutely worst — especially if you purchased your subscription through the Apple store (they’ll tell you they can’t find your account)
