@tsnmike 🇨🇦played majority of WC without best player lost another to season ending injury. Could of been stronger but no excuses. Next man up did their best. Played well made knockout stage won a game big steps for fledgling soccer nation hopefully on the rise.

@tsnmike USA played at full strength were dismissed by Belgium. Zero excuses. FB not nearly same level player as Olise. USA not nearly same as QF teams let alone remaining teams. USA had solid run yet lots to improve upon. Enjoying the teams still involved. 🇨🇦fan zero excuses.

Only 40% 🇺🇸 youth participation in sport much if the population unhealthy yet many eager to comment.

Small nation Belgium & others with less resources have developed infrastructure with plenty of good athletes. 🇺🇸 2nd tier most popular sport
