On the other hand, the President of Rwanda had a congratulatory message for Arsenal while that of Uganda couldn’t comprehend why people make a big deal out of such. It is evident that he would not sanction an advertising partnership with a premiership team. And yet it’s also evident that such a partnership could probably mean more to the people of Uganda and probably benefit teams like Arsenal more!
