@TransUnionSM how can I get in touch with US based support to help answer tenant screening product questions. You phone system makes it very hard to contact support. Agent was not knowledgeable and supervisor call back never happened.

@HDCares having trouble getting a manager who can help correct a HD rep's mistake on price match. Been on the phone for over hour and half. Agent does not transfer to manager as requested. Keep getting transferred and explaining myself again. Poor customer experience. Pls help!
@altopharmacy love your service and have been an early supporter. I have found myself having to return to traditional pharmacies for someone to pick up the phone, better handle on inventory, and 24 hr service. Pls consider.

@sonic How do we plan for this ahead of time? What if the tech won't go to the crawlspace? Then we won't have internet and have to cancel the service? I asked about running the fiber for the tech to desired termination point but then told there would be truck roll fee if cable is damage
@sonic very happy with your internet and customer service and will be installing at another location. One point of friction is the installation. Customer service won’t provide any guidance to prep for a neat install. Just says it is up to installer. That is not helpful
