Big late Friday news. California just released its draft regulations for its strong and updated privacy law - effectively the privacy law of America in a few months. The simple, easy to use, one-click global opt-out of tracking is in there consistent with the statute. 1/3
Today the House announced it's creating a House Digital Service.
You won't see it in any flashy press releases or headlines, but it's a big, big deal and a direct result of the great work of our Congressional Digital Service Fellows.
