Few old classics for dinner last night. Scallops with vegetable relish, Spring lamb with vignole of peas, broad beans and artichoke. Crème caramel to finish.
Good Friday fish supper of wild bass with avocado and roasted cherry tomatoes. Mrs Webby favourite. Brill with asparagus for me. Fish stocks are running low. Happy Easter everyone.
