@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport my account was hacked despite me having phone number 2FA. My 2FA was bypassed, they have changed my email and password, and tried to lock me out of my account. I was able to login through my connected playstation account, ticket #26701747

@UbisoftSupport just to follow up with my last tweet, my account with 2FA has been bypassed and the email and password was changed, the ticket that they used to do this has since closed, i have opened up a new ticket #26701747. This is a failure of account protections.
