For some young baseball fans with disabilities, the ballpark is coming to life for the first time, thanks to @beautlivesproj, founded by @BryceWeiler.
The non-profit is trying to break boundaries — and bring the “joy” of the game to some of its most dedicated fans.
This was a fantastic fifth event with the Lansing Lugnuts with the most participants ever. The Lugnuts players and coaches have supported so many individuals to live their dreams through baseball and given so many people chances to live their dreams through these opportunities.

I am thankful for the experience the participants were able to have with eastern Illinois football. I hope to be able to continue this experience with any more teams and coaches that want to help people with disabilities to live their dreams through sports and football.

The Western Michigan softball players and coaching staff did an outstanding job helping the participants to experience softball. Participants were able to go through a range of softball activities and create lifelong friendships with the Broncos players and coaches.
The event allowed the participants the opportunity to become part of the Broncos basketball family and it showed the Western Michigan players the opportunity they have every day to impact someone’s life through basketball.
