We will be attending the Scottish Skipper Expo in Aberdeen this weekend on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th May.
A great opportunity for fishermen to learn more about the certificates of medical fitness and their importance, and also for us to answer any questions or concerns.
Two vessels which are to provide extra training for coastguards are due to launch later this year.
The boats, which are not for rescue operations, will help teach trainees navigational skills and give them experience of life onboard for seafarers.
