@emchyme@TheAthleticFC You quickly arrived at my point and acknowledged the truth. From what we've seen so far, their use of VAR and constant inconsistent interpretation of rules threw up several controversies week after week. It just messed the whole thing up.

@emchyme@TheAthleticFC But the introduction and reliance on VAR was meant to reduce such limitations drastically as we've seen in La Liga and the UCL, not exacerbate them and use it to favour certain clubs over others as is the glaring case in the EPL.
