@Bubbler_Ranx Hi Lou. This does seem odd you cannot access the account. If you have tried deleting your cookies and cache, you will need to speak with the technical team on 0330 123 4150 to see what is happening. They are there until 8pm tonight or back tomorrow from 8am.

@TomChap Hi Tom, we would recommend to wait until after the final bill is produced and sorted. As it's been a few months I imagine this would have happened.
If you have had the final bill then feel free to go ahead and cancel the Direct Debit.

@johnclark924 I'm not aware of any issues in that area John, the best thing to do is text HELP to 61998.
This will check your line for any issues and work on getting you back up and running, it'll also let you know the latest update if a fault has already been logged too.
