@Uber I just cancelled my uber one and completely deleted uber eats app! The reason is that the delivery guy didn’t text me when he arrives although I texted him before he arrived and he didn’t deliver the food to me and left! This is totally wrong!

@Uber I also tried to call him for 3 times and he never picked up his phone!
So I contacted customer support and explained the situation! The funny thing was that this guy didn’t help on anything but told me that I couldn’t get refund! Did I ask for it? I was looking for my order!
