@airvistara @Flipkart I pre-booked 40kg baggage for Muscat-Goa, but Vistara couldn't see it at the airport. Had to pay 55 OMR to upgrade to business class for the luggage, even though the flight was almost empty! Flipkart also wrongly demanded extra fees. #CustomerServiceFail
