@Uber_Support really disappointed once again with reserve, as I had to scramble this morning. Scheduled a Uber for 4:20am and canceled by 4:30 cause no car and needed to get the airport. Fares were now double, so i’m in a Uber going to the train to take in to ORD.

@AmericanAir I love that we get a delay notice as we are boarding. Like yeah we all know by now. Especially when we all
showed up and there was no gate agent , and no plane (it was delayed an hour getting here). We didn’t start boarding until 12:45am. Communication guys. smh.
