But my guess is that none of this happens without huge internal pressure and effort, and I’d be interested in reading more about that: is there resistance, or are city employees kinda stoked to be moving quickly and with purpose? Have they worked out a new way to triage tasks and assign labor? Have they increased staff or just use it differently? Etc etc
